Honorable Salvia Smith Fox is an associate judge for the Clayton Count Juvenile Court in Georgia. She was appointed to the bench by the Clayton County Superior Court judges in 2021.

Smith Fox has also presided as a part-time judge for the Clayton County Magistrate Court.

She received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science at Spelman College in Atlanta, GA. While at Spelman, she was involved in the Ethel Waddell Githii Honors Program, tutored elementary school children, participated in numerous community service activities, and simultaneously worked full-time.

After graduating from law school, Smith Fox began her law career in private practice. She first started in a small firm that concentrated on criminal defense, real estate, and general civil matters. I was at that time Smith Fox became the managing partner at Smith & Brown, LLC .

He memberships have included the Clayton County Bar Association, the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the State Bar of Georgia (Family Law Section).

Fox Smith is a married mother of three sons. In her free time, she enjoys serving as a mentor to local youth, going to concerts, and travelling.
