OUR IMPACT
For many years, Community Outreach in Action, Inc. has taken meaningful steps to address food insecurity across our local communities. We work to ensure that our neighbors—not just survive, but thrive—by providing access to healthy food and support through SNAP (Supplemental Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) assistance.

SNAP Support:
A Critical Tool
Did you know 78% of eligible people in Georgia participate in SNAP? Despite this, a significant challenge remains: 57.1% of food-insecure individuals earn too much to qualify for SNAP.
That’s why our team is here—to help families navigate the application process and find support when options seem limited.
