Qualifications for Service
Clients are able to receive food from COIA twice per month. Four days worth of groceries are provided with each visit. Recipients must have a place to prepare meals. When seeking food at the COIA, one must provide the following:

Some form of identification for all adults in household

Proof of address for all adults in household

Proof of income (check stub, government benefits, unemployment benefits etc.)

Proof of children (for example: social security card, health insurance card or birth certificate)

COIA follows the TEFAP/USDA Income Guidelines. Click on the above link to review the income requirements. However, if someone is out of work or in an emergency situation we will assist them.
