Mrs. Cloud grew up here in Clayton County and was educated in the Clayton County Public School System. Mrs. Cloud remember growing up that the community always took care of the community. Mrs. Cloud is a faithful member of her church where she serves on several auxiliaries for over 50 years. She is a tireless worker for COIA.  Mrs. Cloud gladly serve our clients and their families on a weekly basis. She says she enjoys working with COIA because “there are truly people out there who are in need.” She has been a part of Community Outreach in Action since its inception in October 2012 helping to pass out our first donations!
